Steady Budget for Retirees — Privacy Policy
Effective July 11, 2026
Steady Budget for Retirees is built to keep your information yours. The short version: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share it.
What the app stores
The income, bill, and spending figures you enter, and your app settings. All of it is saved only in the app's local storage on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. Steady Budget for Retirees contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no trackers, and no developer server that receives your data. We cannot see what you enter into the app.
Not financial advice: Steady Budget is a personal budgeting calculator. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or Social Security benefits advice. Safe to Spend is arithmetic on numbers you enter. Confirm payment dates and benefits with the Social Security Administration or your plan administrator.
CSV export: exporting your data is user-initiated and goes only where you send it (for example, your own email or files).
Purchases
Steady Budget for Retirees offers an optional Premium subscription processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Manage or cancel in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual entries inside the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all of its data.
Children
Steady Budget for Retirees is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children — it does not collect information at all.
Changes
If a future version changes any of the above (for example, optional sync), this policy will be updated first and the change will be called out in the App Store release notes.
