Appliance Sage — Privacy Policy

Appliance Sage is built to keep your information yours. The short version: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share it.

What the app stores

The appliances you record (type, age, notes) and your budget settings. All of it is saved only in the app's local storage on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Appliance Sage contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no trackers, and no developer server that receives your data. We cannot see what you enter into the app.

Estimates, not advice: lifespan and budget figures are planning estimates, not professional repair, engineering, or financial advice.

Purchases

Appliance Sage offers an optional Premium subscription with a 7-day free trial processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Manage or cancel in your device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual entries inside the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all of its data.

Children

Appliance Sage is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children — it does not collect information at all.

Changes

If a future version changes any of the above (for example, optional sync), this policy will be updated first and the change will be called out in the App Store release notes.
